What it does: A producer-side due diligence tool for evaluating international sales agents and domestic distributors before you sign a representation agreement. You rate 41 criteria Green, Amber or Red across commission, cross-collateralisation, rights, accounting and market activity. Section G covers bad-actor signals: a single flag there means walk away, not negotiate.
How to use it: Click + Add New Sales Agent, or open Sales Agent Vetting and click New. Each agent gets their own checklist, and Sales Agent Vetting compares them side by side. Don't skip the reference calls; they're the most reliable check you have.

What it does: Structured reports that span the full lifecycle of an independently financed production, from weekly shoot updates to quarterly distribution statements and the year-end letter, plus a Waterfall Close Notification for the final year. Must Have sections keep you accountable; Nice To Have sections cover specific structures and investors.
How to use it: Click + Create Investor Report to start a 1a Weekly Shoot Update, or open Investor Reporting and use the arrow next to New to choose any of the five report templates or the Waterfall Close Notification.

What it does: A systematic, producer-side review of a draft investment agreement you've received from someone else. It covers 25 clauses in seven sections (plus two optional rows), each with what to look for, what it should say and the red flag language, and a quick reference of the 12 top red flags.
How to use it: Click + Review a New Agreement, or open Investment Agreement Review and click New. Complete the checklist before you take the draft to your entertainment lawyer.
